Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service: to post any false, inaccurate, or misleading information; to violate any applicable national or international law or regulation; to impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or any other person.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Maasecurity Manpower Services and its licensors.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Maasecurity Manpower Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
9. General Terms
Maasecurity Manpower Services acts as a platform connecting candidates with potential employers. We do not guarantee employment for candidates nor do we guarantee the hiring of specific candidates for employers.
10. Payments
We use Razorpay for processing payments. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway as well as our Pricing Policy .
11. Refer and Earn Program
Users can earn rewards by referring new users to Maasecurity Manpower Services. The following terms apply to the withdrawal of referral earnings:
- Minimum Withdrawal Balance: You must have a wallet balance of more than INR 500 to request a withdrawal. Requests for amounts lower than INR 500 will not be processed.
- Bank Details: You must provide valid bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) to receive the payment. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect bank details provided by the user.
- Payout Timeline: Once a withdrawal request is submitted and verified, the payment will be processed and transferred to your provided bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
- Fraud Activity: Any attempt to use fake accounts or fraudulent methods to increase referral balance will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all earnings.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose. Employers agree to post only genuine job requirements.
