This Service Delivery Policy outlines how Maasecurity Manpower Services ("we", "us", "our") provides its digital services(Job Postings, Membership Plans, Resume Access) to users ("you"). As a purely online platform, we do not ship physical goods.
1. Nature of Services
Our services include, but are not limited to, providing a platform for job seekers (Candidates) and employers (Employers), refer to earn, premium membership subscriptions, and job posting packages. All services are delivered electronically through our website, https://www.maasecurity.com.
2. Service Activation and Delivery Timeline
- Account Registration: Your candidate or employer account is activated immediately upon successful completion of the registration process. Employer accounts may be subject to administrative approval before all features are enabled.
- Prime Memberships & Job Packages: Premium services, including Prime Memberships and Job Post Packages, are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway partner (Razorpay).
- Confirmation: An automated confirmation email, including a payment receipt, will be sent to your registered email address upon successful activation of any paid service. You will be able to see your updated status, credits, or membership expiry date in your respective dashboard.
3. Accessing Your Services
All purchased services and features can be accessed by logging into your account on our website. Your dashboard will reflect your current membership status, available job credits, and other relevant information.
4. Technical Issues or Delays
In the rare event of a technical issue where a purchased service is not activated immediately, please contact our support team at support@maasecurity.com with your transaction details. We are committed to resolving such issues within 24-48 business hours.
5. No Physical Delivery
Please note that no physical products, documents, or goods will be shipped. All services are provided and fulfilled digitally on our platform.
6. Delivery of Services
Upon successful receipt of payment, the purchased service (Membership or Job Package) is automatically activated on your account. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase.
