Cancellation Refund

At Maasecurity Manpower Services, we value the time and effort of both our candidates and employers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any payments.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales and payments made on Maasecurity Manpower Services are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment has been successfully processed.

This "No Refund" policy applies to:

  • Candidate Prime Memberships
  • Employer Job Post Packages
  • Employer Prime Memberships
  • Any other paid features or services offered on the platform.

2. Service Activation

Upon successful payment, the specific service (membership, job posts, or profile features) is activated immediately or within the timeframe specified in the service description. Once access is granted, the service is considered consumed.

3. Payment Errors

In the rare event that money is deducted from your bank account/card but the transaction shows as failed on our website, please contact support. If the amount is received by us, we will manually activate your service. If the amount is held by the bank, it will be automatically refunded by the gateway according to their timeline (usually 5-7 working days).
