Cancellation Refund

This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for services purchased on Maasecurity Manpower Services.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services (e.g., Prime Memberships, Job Post Credits), which are activated and available for use immediately upon successful payment, we generally do not offer cancellations or refunds once a service has been purchased.
2. Prime Membership and Job Packages
- No Refunds for Partial Use: All purchases for Prime Memberships (both Candidate and Employer) and Job Post Packages are final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods or unused job post credits.
- Non-transferable: Memberships and job credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that purchased them.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
You may choose not to renew your Prime Membership at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your account settings (if applicable) or by simply not making a payment at the end of your subscription period. You will continue to have access to the prime features until the end of your current paid subscription term.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A duplicate payment made for the same service due to a technical glitch.
- A purchased service was not activated at all due to a technical failure on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 72 business hours).
To request a refund under such circumstances, you must contact our support team at support@maasecurity.com within 7 days of the transaction, providing your user details and transaction ID. The decision to grant a refund will be at the sole discretion of Maasecurity Manpower Services.
